BIOGRAPHY
Joined Yoga in 1989, started teaching in 1993. In 2004 got direct selection to Dubai as Yoga Trainer. Since 2009 teaching in Fitness First. Apart from this as Yoga is my passion taking part in Yoga Competitions since 1989 and took part unto International level won many Awards and Gold Medalist also. Since 2014 me and my husband representing Dubai in Asian yoga Championship and world Yoga Championship in the Professional category & won Gold and Silver Medals. To encourage and motivate our Dubai students me and my husband conducting Yoga Competitions from the age group 8 years to above 60 years. My Aim is to spread the knowledge of Yoga whatever I gain from different yoga teachers to share with my students and bring more health to people and Society.
