BIOGRAPHY
I am Group Exercise Manager in UAE since 2015. I grew up in Portugal, and started to teach since 2002 in a Swimming Academy. Moreover, I performed as a Physical Education teacher for 4 years. I want to share my love and passion on fitness for others who have the aspiration to become a better and stronger version of their self in a positive and fun environment.
