BIOGRAPHY
I am a committed 500hrs Yoga Alliance Teacher who leads with motivation and engages yoga and body awareness across the region by teaching a variety of classes and continuous persona development. I'm extremely passionate about yoga, mindfulness, and mind and body connection. I often attend courses like injuries and corrective exercises, coaching mindset, and yoga anatomy to provide an effective, safe, and motivational practice in my classes.
