BIOGRAPHY

 My passion to become a Group Exercise Trainer began in 2012 with Les Mills RPM program. Where I could bring intensity to the workout whilst having fun. 2014 I moved on to challenge myself in an area I was very unfamiliar with… Les Mills Bodybalance. Teaching this program helped me as person calm down and center my thoughts. It opened up the next chapter of my fitness career, YOGA. In 2019 I completed my 200hr YTC. Through this practice I try to help members not only become more flexible but to connect with themselves through movement, breath and thoughts.
It’s gives me pleasure to see members  I teach enjoy the benefits of exercise.
