BIOGRAPHY
I have done a 200 hr Yoga Teachers Training at the Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India, Meditation Course at Dubai, Studied history of Hatha Books at Kaivalyadham, Lonavla, India, Yin Yoga Training, Pranayama and Meditation study, pre natal course.
Taught Yoga at almost all fitness first centres in last 12 years.
