BIOGRAPHY
In early age, I started practicing national dances and then also doing international ones practiced in the world. Since I was a child, I discovered the art of yoga and martial arts, which I still practice with passion. These passions have brought me awards and appreciation for each competition I have participated in. I started teaching more than 20 years ago with the intention of transferring to my students the well-being that these arts produce in the body both physically and mentally for this reason I chose to be a teacher of Belly Dance and Yoga which it keeps me mentally and physically healthy. I know how to help others to be in good health mentally and physically. I always prepare my coaching programs to activate self-healing process inside the body. For me, health is the first place.
