BIOGRAPHY

I started my yoga journey in Fitness First in my home club in FF Burjuman. It started as an intention to get fit, to have work life balance during my stressful corporate life. It was at first more of a physical practice, feeling rejuvenated every after class and eventually my daily practice became a healing space for me. In 2015 I decided to enroll for a 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training Course. It was a deep transformational journey of self-discovery which inspires me to share the amazing benefits of Yoga.

I enjoy teaching various styles mainly Hatha, Flow, Dynamic Flow and Power Yoga - with an intention to share the amazing benefits of yoga that can help cultivate a healthier and happier relationship within oneself and others.

  • YTT Certified
  • YTT Vinyasa Flow and 300HR Experienced Teacher Advance Program)
  • Yoga Alliance Registered
  • Himalayan Kriya Yoga Certified
