BIOGRAPHY
I started yoga at the age of 5 and at the age of 17, I went to the Himalays to learn and advance this practice. This included breathing techniques, acupressure, meditation and advanced asanas. I have been teaching yoga since 2011 and my style includes building strength, flexibilty, cardio and peace of mind all at the same time.
