BIOGRAPHY
Having always suffered from serious back and neck injuries, I found in Yoga the ultimate remedy and healing practices.Since then, my love and interest in Yoga kept growing stronger, and I soon after became and instructor in the hopes of helping as many students as possible.I am specialized in Hatha, Gentle, Flow, Power, Swing and Breathing Yoga.I also found that Yoga and Pilates go hand in hand and complement each other to improve flexibility and strength, which pushed me to also specialize in MAT Pilates.
