BIOGRAPHY
I started practicing yoga in Fitness First as a member. I had a lumbar disk injury and yoga healed me and made me stronger. From then onwards, yoga became my passion and I became an instructor to motivate and help people, guiding them to heal and find peace. Life is beautiful and yoga is one way to see it.
