BIOGRAPHY
I have been teaching yoga for the last 7 years. My passion is sharing my knowledge and experience of yoga by focusing on alignment, and on building strength and flexibility in the mind and body. I encourage students to use their breath to build greater awareness of their own body and to challenge their self limiting beliefs! I believe a committed practice can help us all find stillness in our mind and body.

- 200 hours RYT Hatha Yoga
- 200 hours RYT Ashtanga Vinyasa
- 200 hours RYT Yinyasa (Yin and Vinyasa Yoga)
