Fitness First Continues To Lead The Way In Female-only Clubs With The Launch Of Sharjah Club

UAE, June 2018: Fitness First Middle East launched it’s latest ladies-only club in Sharjah Zero 6 in June. The regions most admired fitness and health club brand is leading the way in ladies-only clubs across the Middle East and will be opening a 1,221sqm state-of-the-art gym in Sharjah.

The club has two exclusive studios; Mind & Body and Group Exercise that will host a range of Fitness First favorites including Zumba, Belly Dancing, Yoga, Swing Yoga, Spin, Brazilian Butt Blast, and Aqua Aerobics. In addition to this, the new club will feature a HIIT training area including state of the art equipment including a BoxMaster an innovative total body conditioning system, self-powered treadmills, assault bikes and the SYNRGY360 to help ladies reach their fitness goals. The club will also offer the latest services in fitness innovation including MYZONE and Fitness First exclusive classes such as T.U.F.F, JUMP and 6D. The club will be home to an array of exceptional facilities, allowing women to not only workout but to experience all of the aspects of a healthy lifestyle and relax and socialize.  

Complementing the impressive class timetable the club will feature a fully equipped freestyle area with a range of fitness equipment such as battle ropes and slam balls and gym floor classes will bring excitement and fun to the gym floor. There will also be a team of all-female REPS UAE qualified personal trainers on hand to both train and educate and inspire members.

The club boasts an indoor swimming pool together with the Fitness First Swim Academy for adults and children. The changing rooms are luxurious and spacious with a steam room allowing members a chance to relax and unwind. Members will also be privy to an exclusive member lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments.
