Over 17 years working as a personal trainer I build my self-confidence through the Constance fitness and wellbeing education. During that period, I have worked with professional basketball and football athletes. Being motivated and positive manner is what keep me moving to forward. I'm trying to apply the same principle to my value clients. I provide high quality and entertaining, safe personal training session and adapt to my client’s needs in order to help everyone to achieve their fitness goal.
