About
Stephen joined Fitness First in 2019 and has been passionate about competitive swimming. His experience working closely with persons of special interests made him love working around people more and feels happy to see every small progress withing the learning curve. There is happiness in seeing daily progress in swimming.

- 2021-STA level 2 award in teaching swimming.
- 2022-Active IQ level 2 gym instructor.
- 2022-Child Safety Awareness.
- 2021-safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults
- 2021-Scientific and learning theories relevant to swimming teaching.
- 2021-Covid 19 officer awareness training.
- 2020-Lets break the chain of covid infection-MBRU
- 2017-Advanced first aid at work (DCAS)
- 2022-Ellies and Associates award in emergency first aid, defibrillator and CPR.
